We are an elite catering company located
in the heart of the Napa Valley. Our owners Andrea and Graham Zanow are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America
in Hyde Park, New York. Andrea Zanow is our event planner and General Manager and Graham is the Executive Chef. Graham has
worked in world renowned restaurants including the French Laundry. At the French Laundry Graham had the opportunity to work
aside Chef Thomas Keller. What separates us from other caterers is our passion for local and sustainable products. We
only use Clover dairy which is a creamery located in Sonoma. The dairy is all produced from cage free chickens that are free
of antibiotics. This milk has the flavor reminiscent of the days of the "milk man". Petaluma Poultry
is our purveyor for our chicken. We use Rocky JR chicken that has been humanely raised. Also, we solely use Niman
Ranch beef and pork which are all natural and sustainably farmed. We always feature local and seasonal produce as
well. We are a full service caterer with the ability to handle all culinary aspects
of your event. Chef Graham Zanow will work with you to customize a perfect menu to suit your needs. Our professional waitstaff
will wow you with their eagerness to exceed your highest expectations. Wine Country Party Rentals will handle all of
your rental needs for your affair. Let us take care of every detail in order to guarantee a one of a kind event for you and
